Our team specializes in search of seasonal products that offer and produce maximum returns for savvy investors. A relatively small, specialized, yet profitable market products, this is our target market where we are particularly strong. This specialization often results in super high quality products by our team of specialists. Our strength lies in the capabilities of our people and our network of consultants at top financial institutions.

We apply major brand experience to emerging brands with strong results. We offer our clients valuable capabilities such as logistics, venture capital funding, market research, syndicated data, and sales broker coverage. We typically engage in all-cash transactions, but will consider assuming existing financing or seller financing if the terms are favorable. We will consider acquisitions ranging from single assets to large property portfolios. The minimum project size is approximately $20 million, but we will consider smaller transactions with a desirable location with the possibility of redevelopment.

We also work directly with Banks on their Bank Discounted Portfolios commercial and residential products. Minimum buy-in to participate on these products is $100 million.
